Shipping Policy
Local delivery is available on the Gold Coast for $8. Please select this option at checkout.
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $20 within Australia. For international shipping please submit an enquiry for shipping costs.
If you choose for the item to be shipped, it will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage. If your purchase arrives damaged in transit please take a picture of the item as well as the box and make contact immediately through the contact page.
Packaging and handling: please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for processing, before the item is sent.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Yaeko pieces are handmade with love, and will display the marks of the handcrafting process.
All ceramics, except decorative pieces, are food safe, unless noted in the product description.
Returns/exchanges cannot be made for change of mind purchases.
Care
Although stoneware is dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you hand-wash your ceramics to maintain colour and lustre of the glaze. Any items used for serving food should cleaned as soon as possible to avoid staining.
