When can I expect my order?
We endeavour to process ceramic purchase orders within 3 business days. Once process and packaged, your order will be posted out to you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 within Australia. For international orders, please email us and we will calculate relevant postage costs.
What do I do if the item is broken?
Please get in touch with us immediately after receiving your order.

Can I order something custom?
If you have inspiration or an idea of something you'd like custom made, reach out via email. While efforts to make your desired piece will be made, please understand there will be variation due to the hand-moulding, glazing and firing process.

How do I book?
Submit an enquiry form regarding your event. Please include all relevant details. You will receive a response via email confirming the date, time and any other queries you have. A 50%, non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your desired date. 2 weeks out from your event, the remaining amount will be invoiced.
What if more people want to join the party last minute?
Please get in touch as soon as you know of any changes to your event booking. If there's room at your event space, there shouldn't be an issue!
Will I get to take what I make home?
Absolutely. Take home your gorgeous creation/s as a way to remember the fun that was had!
